i found it available even on short notice. the hotel looks clean and quite pretty. the staff were helpful and gave good service. we had a room upgrade to a suite (thanks to ms. geraldine and mrsumit for excellent assistance).
the room smelled of cigarette smoke. i was not offered the option of a non-smoking room. (it was a little bothersome)

the reception staff were super polite and helpful, especially rizwan, who assisted me with local activities. he was very professional (and he gave us a very good room!). house keeping did a great job , and the toiletries were always refilled.

Not the worst, but could be better.
keycard mix-upno privacy
I found a significant problem. Someone opened my door while I slept. It turns out he had a keycard programmed for my room by mistake. The reception desk explained it with a lame excuse saying I must have not closed the door properly. I asked for a refund for that night, but they refused because I booked online. Privacy felt non-existent.

the rooms were spacious, a plus. the hotel kept everything super clean. i thought the manager and staff offered really good service. i would choose this hotel again next time i'm here. the hotel felt older but well maintained, .

the hotel features a restaurant nearby that i found pretty yummy. a convenient supermarket within walking distance. to reach it in the evening, i walked back through a dimly lit street and alley and garage. this part may feel a bit scary if you are traveling alone.

The location is near the airport and deira shopping mall is accessible on foot. reaching the creek is also easy. other attractions are quickly accessible by taxi. the hotel location proved quite convenient for exploring different areas.

The room included necessary amenities. walls are soundproofed, which reduced outside noise greatly. air conditioning worked perfectly. It ensured a restful and quiet environment, though the temperature controls required slight adjustments for optimal comfort.

The breakfast buffet had a sensational range of options. I did like the omelette station.
I had some issues with the room. the toilet was blocked upon my arrival, so i couldn't flush it, but it got fixed later. There were hammers and drilling machines.
